【摘要】:Chemicalcleaningandetchingisusedtoprepareconcreteforcoating.Residualchemicalsnotremovedbywaterrinsingmayadverselyaffecttheperformanceandadhesionofcoatingsappliedoverpreparedconcretesurfaces.Itistheintentofthistestmethodtodeterminethatresidualchemicalshavebeenremovedbymeasuringtheacidityoralkalinityofthefinalrinsedsurface.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtheacidityoralkalinityofconcretesurfacespreparedbychemicalcleaningoretchingpriortocoatings.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
