【摘要】:Purpose8212;Thispublicationestablisheslotorbatchsamplingplansandproceduresforinspectionbyattributes.Thispublicationshallnotbeinterpretedtosupersedeorconflictwithanycontractualrequirements.Thewords"accept","acceptancex201D;,x201C;acceptablex201D;,etc,referonlytothecontractorx2019;suseofthesamplingplanscontainedinthisstandardanddonotimplyanagreementbythecustomer(formerlyx201C;Governmentx201D;inoriginaltext)toacceptanyproduct.Determinationofacceptabilitybythecustomershallbeasdescribedincontractualdocuments.ThesamplingplansdescribedinthisstandardareapplicabletoAQLx2019;sof0.01percentorhigherandarethereforenotsuitableforapplicationswherequalitylevelsintherangeofpartspermillionlevelscanberealized.Application8212;Samplingplansdesignatedinthispublicationareapplicable,butnotlimited,toinspectionofthefollowing:(1)enditems,(2)componentsandrawmaterials,(3)operationsorservices,(4)materialsinprocess,(5)suppliesinstorage,(6)maintenanceoperations,(7)dataorrecords,(8)administrativeprocedures.Theseplansareintendedprimarilytobeusedforacontinuingseriesoflotsorbatches.Theplansmayalsobeusedfortheinspectionofisolatedlotsorbatches,but,inthislattercase,theuseriscautionedtoconsulttheoperatingcharacteristiccurvestofindaplanwhichwillyieldthedesiredprotection(see6.11).1.1ThisstandardestablisheslotorbatchsamplingplansandproceduresforinspectionbyattributesusingMIL-STD-105EasabasisforsamplingasteadystreamoflotsindexedbyAQL.1.2ThisstandardprovidesthesamplingplansofMIL-STD-105EinASTMformatforusebyASTMcommitteesandothers.ItrecognizesthecontinuingusageofMIL-STD-105inindustriessupportedbyASTM.MostoftheoriginaltextinMIL-STD-105EispreservedinSections4-6ofthisstandard.1.3Nosystemofunitsisspecifiedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
