【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62257providesamethodfordescribingtheresultstobeachievedbytheelectrificationsystemindependentlyofthetechnicalsolutionsthatcouldbeimplemented.IEC62257-2assessedtheneedsoftheusersandthedifferentpowersystemarchitectureswhichcanbeusedformeetingtheseneeds.Inrelationtotheneedsofthedifferentparticipantstotheproject,functionalrequirementsthatshallbeachievedbytheproductionanddistributionsubsystemsarelisted.InClause5,energymanagementrulestobeconsideredaredescribed.Thesearekeyissuesastheyhaveagreatinfluenceonthesizingoftheelectrificationsystem.InClause6,theinformationthatshallbeprovidedbythesystemsizingprocesstoallowtheparticipantstoselecttheequipmentorcomponentabletofulfillthefunctionalrequirementsarelisted.Toallowandfacilitatethemanagementofthemicro-powerplantandthemaintenanceofthewholeelectrificationsystem,someinformationshallbecollectedandmonitored.Clause7isdedicatedtodefiningtheparametersandspecifyingrulesfordataacquisition.
