【摘要】:Thisnon-mandatoryIECGuidecomplementsISO/IECGuide51andestablishesguidelinesusefulforachievingsafetyinlowvoltage(LV)equipment.Theseguidelinesincluderiskassessment,inwhichtheknowledgeandexperienceofthedesign,use,incidents,accidentsandharmrelatedtolowvoltageequipmentarebroughttogetherinordertoassesstherisksduringtherelevantphasesofthelifeoftheequipment,asspecifiedinClause6,andtoimplementthebasicsforriskreductionmeasures.ThisIECguideshouldbeusedbytechnicalcommitteesasfarasappropriateandtotheextenttheydecidetoapplyit.ThisIECGuidegivesadditionalguidancetoISO/IECGuide50,51and71ontheinformationrequiredtoallowriskassessmenttobeperformed.Proceduresaredescribedforidentifyinghazards,estimatingandevaluatingrisk(includingcomparisonofrisks)andriskreductionwherenecessary.Risksconsideredinthisdocumentincludepossibledamagestopersons,property,andlivestock.Itisnotintendedthatthestructureofthisguidebeadoptedbytechnicalcommittees.ThepurposeofthisIECGuideistoprovideguidancefortechnicalcommitteesfordecisionstobemadeonthesafetyoflowvoltageequipmentandthetypeofdocumentationrequiredtoverifytheriskassessmentcarriedout.Componentsintendednottobeusedalonecanonlybeassessedinsofarasthemanufacturercanpredictthereasonablyforeseeableuse.ThevoltagerangeconsideredinthisIECGuideisupto1000Va.c.(1500Vd.c.).Lowvoltageequipmentgeneratinginternalvoltageshigherthan1000Va.c.(1500Vd.c.)arecovered,providedthesevoltagesarenottouchable(example:TVsetwithinternalHVcascade).Productstandardsshallrequirethattheequipmentdocumentationincludeadequateinformationforthesafeuseofequipment.Thisguidedoesnotcovercomponentsusedwithintheelectricaldistributionsystemorwithinanelectricalsystemormachineswhoseriskassessmentdependstoaverylargeextentonhowtheyareusedandincorporatedinanelectricalsystemorinstallation.ThisIECGuideitselfisnotintendedtobeusedforthepurposeofcertification.Productcommitteesareencouragedtoincludeaclauseinproductsafetystandardspertainingtoriskassessment,tobeusedwhentherequirementsofthestandarddonotfullyencompassallpossiblehazardswithequipmentwithinthestandard’sscope.ThisclauseshouldincorporatetheprinciplesofthisGuide.
