【摘要】:ThispartofIEC317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass130Lwithasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTE-Amodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class130Lisathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof130andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast155℃.NOTE-Thistypeofenamelledwirehaslowerheatshockperformancecomparedtopolyesterenamelledroundcopperwireclass130accordingtoIEC317-45.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeusedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;-grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC317-0-1.
