【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringtheairbornenoiseemittedbysmallair-movingdevicessuchasthoseusedforcoolingelectronic,electricalandmechanicalequipment.Theseair-movingdevicesincludesuchtypesaspropellerfans,tube-axialfans,vane-axialfans,centrifugalblowers,transverseblowers,cabinetblowersandvariationsofthesetypes.ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodandthetestapparatusfordeterminingandreportingtheairbornenoiseemittedbysmallair-movingdevicesasafunctionoftheairflowandthefanstaticpressuredevelopedbytheair-movingdeviceonthetestapparatus.Itisintendedforusebyair-movingdevicemanufacturers,bymanufacturerswhouseair-movingdevicesforcoolingelectronicequipmentandsimilarapplications,andbytestinglaboratoriesonbehalfofthesemanufacturers.ResultsofmeasurementsmadeinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardareexpectedtobeusedforengineeringinformationandperformanceverification,andthemethodmaybecitedinpurchasespecificationsandcontractsbetweenbuyersandsellers.Theultimatepurposeofthenoiseemissionmeasurementsistoprovidedatatoassistthedesignersofelectronic,electricalormechanicalequipmentwhichcontainsoneormoreair-movingdevices.2ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletosmallair-movingdevicesusedforcoolingelectronicequipmentandforsimilarapplicationswherethetotalsoundpowerleveloftheair-movingdeviceisofinterest.Experimentaldatashowthatthismethodisusefuluptoanairflowof1m/sanduptoafanstaticpressureof750Pa.ThisInternationalStandardissuitablefortypetestsandprovidesamethodforair-movingdevicemanufacturers,equipmentmanufacturersandtestinglaboratoriestoobtaincomparableresults.ThemethoddefinedinthisInternationalStandard,byreferencetoISO7779,providesfordeterminationofsoundpowerlevelsinaqualifiedenvironment,usingeitheracomparisonmethodinareverberationroombasedonISO3741orISO3742oradirectmethodinessentiallyfree-fieldconditionsoverareflectingplanebasedonISO3744orISO3745.ThemethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardmaybeappliedtoair-movingdeviceswhichradiatebroad-bandnoise,narrow-bandnoise,ornoisethatcontainsdiscretefrequencycomponents.ThemethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardpermitsthedeterminationofnoiseemissionlevelsforanindividualunitundertest.Iftheselevelsaredeterminedforseveralunitsofthesameproductionseries,theresultsmaybeusedtodetermineastatisticalvaluefortheproductionseriesusingmethodsdescribedinISO7574-4orinISO9296.CAUTION-Vibration,flowdisturbances,insertionlossandotherphenomenamayalterradiatedsoundpowerintheactualapplication;therefore,theresultsofmeasurementsmadeinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardmaydifferfromtheresultsobtainedwhenair-movingdevicesareinstalledinequipment.NOTE1ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdescribemeasurementofthestructure-bornenoisegeneratedbyair-movingdevices,anditdoesnotcovermeasurementoftheaerodynamicperformanceofsuchdevices.
