【摘要】:1.1Thisguideprovidesacommonformatformechanicaltestdataforcompositematerialsfortwopurposes:(1)toestablishdatareportingrequirementsfortestmethodsand(2)toprovideinformationforthedesignofmaterialpropertydatabases.ThisguideshouldbeusedincombinationwithGuideE1309whichprovidessimilarinformationtoidentifythecompositematerialtested.1.2Theseguidelinesarespecifictomechanicaltestsofhigh-modulusfiber-reinforcedcompositematerials.Typesoftestsconsideredinthisguideincludetension,compression,shear,flexure,open/filledhole,bearing,fracturetoughness,andfatigue.TheASTMstandardsforwhichthisguidewasdevelopedarelistedin.Theguidelinesmayalsobeusefulforadditionaltestsormaterials.1.3ThisguideisthesecondpartofamodularapproachforwhichthefirstpartisGuideE1309.GuideE1309servestoidentifythematerial,andthisguideservestodescribemechanicaltestingproceduresandvariablesandtorecordresults.TheinteractionofthisguidewithGuideE1309isemphasizedbythecommonnumberingofdataelements.DataElementsA1throughG13areincludedinGuideE1309andnumberingdataelementsinthisguidebeginswithH1.1.4ThisguidewithGuideE1309maybereferencedbythedata-reportingsectionofatestmethodtoprovidecommondata-reportingrequirementsforthetypesoftestslistedin.1.5FromthisinformationandGuideE1309,thedatabasedesignershouldbeabletoconstructthedatadictionarypreparatorytodevelopingadatabaseschema.1.6Dataelementsinthisguidearerelevanttotestdata,dataasobtainedinthetestlaboratoryandhistoricallyrecordedinlabnotebooks.Propertydata,datawhichhavebeenanalyzedandreviewed,requireadifferentlevelofdataelements.Dataelementsforpropertydataareprovidedin.
