【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816specifiesthegeneralconditionsandproceduresforthemeasurementandevaluationofvibration,usingmeasurementsmadeonthenon-rotatingandnon-reciprocatingpartsofcompletemachines.Shaftvibration,includingtorsionalvibration,isbeyondthescopeofthispartofISO10816.Itgenerallyappliestoreciprocatingpistonmachinesmountedeitherrigidlyorresiliencywithpowerratingsofabove100kW.Typicalexamplesofapplicationare:marinepropulsionengines,marineauxiliaryengines,enginesoperatingindieselgeneratorsets,gascompressorsandenginesfordiesellocomotives.Thegeneralevaluationcriteriawhicharepresentedrelatetobothoperationalmonitoringandacceptancetesting.Theyarealsousedtoensurethatthemachinevibrationdoesnotadverselyaffecttheequipmentdirectlymountedonthemachine.Considerationshouldalsobegiventothemachinerydrivenbyordrivingthereciprocatingmachine.Theseshouldbeevaluatedinaccordancewithrelevantstandardsandclassificationfortheintendedduty.Itisrecognizedthattheevaluationcriteriamayonlyhavelimitedapplicationwhenconsideringtheeffectsofinternalmachinecomponents;forexample,problemsassociatedwithvalves,loosepistons,pistonrings,etc.areunlikelytobereflectedinthemeasurements.IdentificationofsuchproblemsrequiresinvestigativetechniqueswhichareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10816.NoiseisalsooutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10816.ThispartofISO10816doesnotapplytomachinesinstalledinroadvehicles(e.g.trucks,passengercars,self-propellingconstructionmachineryandtractors).
